The visionary CEO and President of PCS believe that empowerment and purpose can change any situation. The goal of PCS is to create an eco system for the community based services and opportunities one client at a time. We strive to connect clients with resources internal and external. We collaborate with community sources, governmental agencies, and private corporations to foster and provide clients all the necessities to achieve wholeness. Our president and CEO have the servant spirit called to strengthen the human family to its ultimate good.
